I’m a UX and service designer with 3+ years of consulting and corporate experience helping medium and small businesses improve their user experiences and service strategies. I see design as a tool for transformation—helping businesses, organizations, and communities evolve. Great design is about challenging assumptions, embracing uncertainty, and iterating until the dots connect. I specialize in uncovering the relationship between brands and their customers by mapping major pain points across the user journey. By identifying these gaps, I help businesses craft better experiences that drive engagement and growth.

Experience

Started freelancing in 2015 while studying industrial design, where I gained experience in spatial design and branding. Later, I moved to Italy to specialize in service strategy and user experience.

During my studies in Product-Service System Design, I joined Bosch RideCare Solutions in Stuttgart as an intern, supporting multiple digital and physical touchpoints to enhance safer mobility experiences. After graduating from Politecnico di Milano in 2022, I joined Finsa, an Italian consultancy, as an experience designer, collaborating with small and medium-sized businesses across industries like sustainable mobility, healthcare, building technology, and digital accessibility.
