I’m Isma, a service & UX designer with over 4 years of experience in consulting and corporate environments. I design processes, products, strategies and the connections in between to create impactful experiences for people. For me, great design is about being brave to make mistakes and learn in the process, embracing uncertainty, and most importantly, help others to design too.
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me outdoors or building something. I’m passionate about social innovation, and I currently contribute to two sport organizations that promote inclusion.
I started freelancing in 2015 while finishing my bachelor in industrial design, where I got my start in product design and branding. After moving to Italy, I shifted my focus from individual products to the services and experiences around them. During my master’s studies, I joined Bosch RideCare Solutions in Stuttgart, where I supported the executive team in shaping a new service across both digital and physical touchpoints.
Graduated from Politecnico di Milano in 2022, since then, I have been collaborating with a wide range of small and medium-sized businesses, developing multidisciplinary skills across industries including sustainable mobility, healthcare, building technology, and digital accessibility at Finsa Consulting.

I run user research, interaction design, and prototyping to uncover user pain points and turn them into valuable solutions. My goal is to design the conditions that lead to engaging experiences that drive usability and customer satisfaction.
I move between the details of user journeys and the bigger picture of how a service works across markets, channels and teams. By aligning stakeholders around a shared vision, I help organizations improve their overall service experience and operations.
I promote accessible design practices and assess digital products against accessibility standards and real user needs. Beyond compliance, I focus on making products more intuitive, inclusive, and sustainable for teams to maintain.
I use AI to quickly prototype and test solutions and make it easier for development teams to operate effectively. I also enjoy executing and experimenting with code implementing animations and great visuals.
